Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders over $50 and on International order $150. This offer is only eligible on order of the above price values before shipping costs and after any discounts or promo codes redeemed.

Processing Time

The processing time does NOT include the estimated shipping time. Please allow 7-9 business days for processing. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. For orders containing a hand knit product, processing times may be closer to 9 business days. Please note that during holidays & sales, processing time could be delayed. You will receive a conformation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped :) All blanket orders will be vacuum sealed to save on packaging space.

Correct Address

Please double check that your shipping address and information is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes after order has been shipped.
