Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Cancellations:

Ordered by mistake? We do offer cancelations within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. This period extends over weekends and public holidays.
